Together with the Systems Engineering Program (NISE) in collaboration with Universidad Europea de Madrid, we are pleased to invite you to join a two days’ workshop entitled “From systems, to families of systems – new challenges for systems engineers.”
The workshop will be held by Dr. Alberto Sols, professor at the School of Architecture, Engineering and Design at Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Dr. Alberto Sols, former Professor in Systems Engineerig at USN, has an extensive experience from the industry and academia, and he
will explain the concepts and illustrate them with examples. It will be a in-depth workshop on concepts, with general examples and with some cases to solve. You should easily connect it to your own environment!
Gain a deeper understanding of how and why all systems are part of bigger entities, the so-called families of systems. That understanding impacts how we deal with the design and development of new systems. Except perhaps for a few exceptions, there are no stand-alone systems. The systems approach is characterized by a global view, and we need to exercise it and be more aware of the bigger picture that almost all systems are part of.
NOK 9 400,- 2 days’ workshop
The price includes course material, coffee and lunch during the workshop.
Junior to senior engineers / everyone interested in systems engineering will hopefully gain new insights!
